Job summary

HashRoot Ltd. in India is expanding its recruitment team and seeks an experienced Recruiter with strong exposure to the Automotive industry.

You will own end-to-end recruitment for automotive requirements, source candidates through portals and networks, and assess fit against client needs. You will coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming automotive roles, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely submissions

• Hands-on recruitment experience in the Automotive industry.

• Ability to screen candidates and assess fit to client requirements.

• Ability to work on multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with Automotive clients or staffing projects will be an added advantage.
