Job summary

Varroc is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition leader to drive end-to-end recruitment across engineering, operations, quality, manufacturing and corporate functions in Pune. The role demands deep experience in automotive hiring, analytics, stakeholder management, and budget oversight.

The ideal candidate will leverage ATS/SAP SuccessFactors and AI-based sourcing tools to build a strong talent pipeline, map talent, negotiate offers, and optimize recruitment costs.

Qualifications

• MBA/PG in HR or related discipline.
• 8-12 years in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong exposure to Automotive / Auto Component / Manufacturing industries.
• Proven experience in hiring engineering, operations, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales, and corporate functions.
• Experience managing recruitment budgets and vendor ecosystems.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and recruitment analytics.

Qualification:

MBA / Post Graduation in HR, Personnel Management, or related discipline

Experience:

8-12 years of Talent Acquisition experience.

Strong exposure to Automotive / Auto Component / Manufacturing industries.

Proven experience in hiring engineering, operations, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales, and corporate functions.

Experience managing recruitment budgets and vendor ecosystems.
