Job summary

Icanio is hiring a Recruiter in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu to drive end-to-end recruitment, from requisition through onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers to design recruitment strategies, source candidates across multiple channels, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various job portals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously; good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and create recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews (technical, managerial, client).
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate salary, release dates, and employment terms.
• Roll out offers and coordinate onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate records and update the ATS.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with company hiring policies.
