Job summary

Nexera IT Solutions in Noida is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team. You will manage the full recruitment life cycle, attracting and hiring top talent for our clients and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

You will source, screen, and interview candidates; build relationships with hiring managers and candidates; manage job postings and use ATS to maintain a robust recruitment database. The ideal candidate has IT sector recruitment experience and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the IT sector.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software (ATS).
