Job summary

Talentstack is seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end, high-volume recruitment for sales roles in a fast-paced environment. You will source through portals, referrals, and vendor partners, screening candidates via telephonic/video calls to assess communication and Tamil fluency.

The role requires English and Tamil fluency, strong sourcing and stakeholder management, and the ability to meet tight deadlines with high-velocity hiring pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in bulk hiring for sales roles, sourcing through multiple channels.
• Exposure to BPO, ed-tech, or high-attrition industries is preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills with ability to manage stakeholders and timelines.
• Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory.
• Comfortable with fast turnarounds and meeting aggressive targets.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for sales roles sourcing, screening, and closing candidates at volume
• Manage high-velocity hiring pipelines to counter high attrition and continuous manpower demand
• Source through job portals, referrals, vendor partners, and social platforms
• Conduct telephonic/video screening to assess communication, sales aptitude, and regional language fluency (Tamil)
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and drive quick closures (TAT-focused)
• Maintain and update trackers/dashboards for pipeline visibility and hiring status
• Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline for repeat/bulk hiring needs
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding coordination
