Job summary

Ethos Life Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Non-Tech Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team on a 12-month contract. You will own end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, source passive candidates, engage and screen, and deliver a world-class candidate experience.

Strong skills in metrics, startup/agency sourcing, DEI, and tools like Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Experience using metrics and data to drive decisions.
• Background sourcing talent at a startup or agency.
• Experience supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruiting.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with leaders and manage pipelines.
• Proficient with targeted email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class recruiting experience to each candidate regardless of outcome

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior experience sourcing talent at a start-up or agency with a preference for technical sourcing experience
• Experience with supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion through the recruiting process
• Demonstrated the ability to build strong working relationships, including collaborating with leaders, taking new requirements, reviewing profiles and updating pipeline progress
• Ability to engage candidates through targeted email and LinkedIn outreach, and pitch
• Ethos and roles over the phone in an accurate and exciting way
• Experience with Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar recruiting tools
