Engage Digital Partners is on the hunt for a dynamic Recruiter to help build our global dream team across India, the UK, and Australia! You'll work closely with our Hiring managers globally, HR Manager and Head of People to hire top talent in media, marketing, creative, web tech and content.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with hiring managers globally to define needs & craft job descriptions.
• Develop killer recruitment strategies to attract the best talent in India.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates.
• Manage the entire hiring process from first contact to onboarding.
• Ensure a stellar candidate experience—from interviews to offers!
• Stay ahead of hiring trends in digital, tech, and creative industries.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in digital, media, or tech.
• Track record of hiring techies, creatives, designers, marketers, developers & strategists.
• Familiarity with ATS tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, BambooHR etc).
• Passion for media, tech and digital innovation is a plus!
