Job summary

TP in Mohali, India is seeking a recruitment executive to handle bulk hiring for BPO voice and non-voice processes. You will source candidates through portals, references, social media, and walk-ins, and screen them via telephonic interviews.

You will coordinate interviews, selections, offers, and joining, maintain recruitment MIS, and drive hiring targets. Freshers can apply; BPO recruitment experience is preferred, with good MS Excel skills and familiarity with recruitment portals.
