Job summary

PeopleStrong in Tamil Nadu seeks an Area Recovery Manager for Secured & Unsecured Lending. You will lead a collections team, drive delinquency reduction, and coordinate with branches for smooth recovery.

Responsibilities include daily monitoring, proactive outreach to delinquent borrowers, training staff, and travel as required to support field collection efforts.

Qualifications

• A results-oriented individual with positive attitude and integrity.
• Proven ability to handle difficult customers.
• Knowledge of other products in the market.
• 3+ years’ collection experience with 2 years of on-roll team handling.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work and deliver targets under pressure.
• Accountable for portfolio quality of the location.

Main Tasks & Areas of Responsibility

• Delinquency reduction.
• Earlier resolution with normalization.
• Monitor accounts on daily basis
• Connecting with delinquent borrowers via various methods ( including but not limited to phone calls & field collections)
• Responsible for team building and training collection staffs
• To Work closely with Muthoot Fincorp branches for the smoother part of collection.

• Should have the knowledge of other products movement in the market.
• At least 3 years’ experience in collection with 2 years of On roll team members.
