Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• DRA Certificate is a must have.
• 1-3 years of experience in Collections, Recovery, Telecalling, Customer Service, Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or BPO processes
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Comfortable with outbound calling and target-oriented work
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills
