Job summary

Integrated Personnel Services is seeking a Collection Executive (Fresher to 1 year) for our Sewri location on Harbour Line. The role focuses on outbound calls to recover overdue payments and to guide customers through repayment options.

The ideal candidate has excellent English and Hindi skills, with a regional language knowledge preference. Freshers are encouraged to apply and training is provided. Day shift with fixed salary plus incentives is offered.

Qualifications

• HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, BPO, collections, or recovery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan or EMI payments.
