Job summary

S Sanjay in Tamil Nadu is seeking a customer-facing role at the Experience Center. You will welcome visitors, handle inquiries, and manage follow-ups, coordinating appointments and site visits with the sales and interior design teams.

The role is suited for freshers and requires good Tamil and English communication, basic computer skills, and a professional attitude in daily customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the Experience Center
• Attend incoming calls and handle customer enquiries

• Maintain customer/lead records and daily follow-up reports
• Handle basic back-office and documentation work
• Coordinate with the sales and interior design team
• Follow up with customers through WhatsApp and phone
