Job summary

Blessreality Infra in Delhi NCR is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales professional to generate leads, cold call, meet clients, and close plots in Noida and Dholera. You will visit sites, assess client needs, and present suitable residential and commercial plots while maintaining accurate follow-ups.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and a self-motivated, target-driven mindset with willingness to travel for meetings and site visits; high incentives and career

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably plot sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Knowledge of the Noida or Dholera real estate market is preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and field visits.
