Manager / Team Leader for Commercial Real Estate to spearhead our South Mumbai sales and support operations. You will lead end-to-end sales, client onboarding, and performance of on-ground teams, while directly engaging in high-value negotiations with corporate clients. You will drive revenue, monitor CRM with dashboards, and use data-driven insights to resolve bottlenecks, ensuring target achievement and rapid career growth within a premier

Competenze

• 6–10 years in Real Estate industry.
• 3+ years regional/city-level sales leadership.
• Commercial Real Estate or Corporate Leasing preferred.
• Alternative industries such as Co-working, Facility Management, Business Centers, Retail Leasing or high-involvement B2B services welcome.
• Strong command over CRM and analytical dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Regional Operations: Manage end-to-end sales, client onboarding, and support functions.
• Drive Revenue: Own the South Mumbai commercial leasing and sales targets.
• Manage Teams: Guide, mentor, and track the performance of on-ground teams.
• Monitor CRM: Maintain strict discipline in funnel tracking, conversions, and dashboards.
• Close Deals: Directly engage in high-value negotiations with corporate clients.
• Solve Problems: Use data-driven insights to resolve bottlenecks in daily execution.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 6 to 10 years of total experience in the Real Estate Industry.
• Leadership: Minimum 3+ years managing regional/city-level sales and cross-functional teams.
• Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in Commercial Real Estate or Corporate Leasing is preferred.
• Alternative Industries: We welcome leaders from Co-working, Corporate Facility Management, Business Centers, Retail Leasing, or high-involvement B2B services.
• Tech Savvy: Strong command over CRM tools and analytical dashboards.
