Responsibilities

• Generate sales with existing customers and develop opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
• Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings.
• Liaise between customers and the company for up‑to‑date status of service, pricing and new product releases.
• Establish and expand your customer base.
• Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Aggressively achieve the sales target.
• Continuously follow up with the customers.
• Build and retain client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
• Assist the sales manager with day‑to‑day running of our store and with recruitment of sales staff.
• Delegate tasks to sales staff in the absence of the sales manager.
• Demonstrate leadership and ensure staff comply with policies and guidelines.
• Continuously meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Supervise and guide the sales team and provide incentives to motivate staff.
• Monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Ensure store is clean and well‑maintained.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with customers.
• Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
• Ensure store is adequately stocked with company products.
• Perform duties of the Sales Manager in absence or emergency.
• Proven experience in sales and customer service.

Job Responsibilities
