Job summary

The Whitelisted Estates in Goa seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive end-to-end sales cycles, meet revenue goals, and close deals with high-net-worth clients in a fast-paced real estate market.

You will engage HNIs and NRIs, conduct property tours, manage site visits, build a network of CPs and brokers, monitor local market trends, and coordinate with marketing to generate quality leads while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Target Achievement: Drive end-to-end sales cycles and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
• Client Engagement: Handle HNI and NRI prospects, conduct property tours, and manage site visits.
• Relationship Management: Build networks with channel partners, local brokers, and investors.
• Market Analysis: Monitor Goa real estate trends, competitor pricing, and new project launches.
• Sales Operations: Maintain CRM records, prepare performance reports, and coordinate with marketing for lead generation.
