We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager - Real Estate to promote and sell real estate properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the local property market. This role involves developing sales strategies and maintaining client relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, references, and site visits
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
• Arrange and conduct property site visits
• Follow up and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends, pricing, and legal regulations.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead generation and after-sales support.

Requirements:

• 6 months -3 years of experience in real estate sales
• Strong understanding of real estate regulations, RERA compliance, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentable and professional attitude.
• Ability to work on targets
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
• Flexibility to travel for site visits and client meetings.

• Experience working in a real estate advisory or brokerage firm.
