Formación

• 23 years of experience in real estate sales or equivalent.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication in English, Kannada and Hindi.

About the Role

Diamond Developers is looking for dynamic, result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives with strong market knowledge and a passion for property sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, engaging prospective customers, conducting site visits and converting leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and promote the company's real estate projects, including residential plots and villa community offerings.
• Conduct site visits, property presentations and follow-up meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners and referral sources.
• Track market trends, competitor projects, pricing and customer preferences across Karnataka.
• Work towards monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 23 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi; knowledge of any additional South Indian language is an advantage.
• Good understanding of the Karnataka real estate market, property sales and customer preferences.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
