Job summary

Diamond Developers is seeking a Telecaller to support its real estate sales team by contacting prospective customers, qualifying leads, scheduling site visits and following up regularly.

The role requires graduates or strong communicators with Kannada, English and Hindi proficiency. Freshers are welcome and basic computer/CRM skills are preferred for handling leads and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate preferred; strong communication skills may be considered.
• Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are welcome.
• Good communication in Kannada, English and Hindi; additional South Indian languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements, budget, location and purchase timeline.
• Qualify leads and pass interested prospects to the Sales Executives.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach during all interactions.
