Sanelite Solar is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive digital marketing solutions for real estate clients in Ahmedabad and nearby areas. You will prospect builders and developers, present campaigns, and close high-value deals through strategic outreach.

Role requires building relationships, understanding client marketing needs, and coordinating with the team to tailor proposals and campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and content-driven programs.

Qualifications

• Experience selling digital marketing services.

The person should be responsible for bringing builders and developers into your sales pipeline, primarily through outbound prospecting, relationship building, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach real estate builders, developers, brokers, and project owners.
• Build a database of upcoming and ongoing residential, commercial, and plotted-development projects.
• Make outbound calls and initiate conversations with decision-makers.
• Contact Directors, Partners, Promoters, Marketing Heads, and Sales Heads.
• Understand the developer's current marketing strategy and identify gaps.
• Generate qualified appointments for your agency.
• Conduct face-to-face/online meetings and present your digital marketing solutions.
• Explain services such as:
• Meta & Google Ads

• Landing pages/websites
• Content creation
• Project-specific digital campaigns
