The role includes sales coordination, project updates, grievance handling, payment oversight, and ensuring smooth documentation and agreement processes to support seamless transactions.

Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction Management — Oversee customer engagement from booking through possession, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Sales Coordination — Facilitate communication between sales representatives and customers to address concerns and requirements.
• Project Updates — Provide timely project information and construction progress updates upon request.
• Grievance Handling — Resolve customer issues related to payments, loans, unit customisation, and possession formalities.
• Payment Oversight — Manage collection of monthly instalments, dues, and payments linked to construction milestones.
• Demand & Reminder Notices — Issue payment demands, reminders, and penal notices as required.
• Collections Monitoring — Track collections across projects, ensure timely followups, and coordinate with the team on pending instalments.
• Documentation Management — Prepare and issue payment receipts, allotment letters, builderbuyer agreements, and possession documents.
• Agreement Coordination — Plan and manage sale registration processes, project agreements, execution, and registration formalities.
• Customer Support in Documentation — Assist customers with sales documentation and loan processing to ensure smooth transactions.
