TradeYards is seeking a driven Real Estate Consultant to lead sales of premium residential and investment properties in Gandhinagar. You will engage with HNIs, NRIs, and corporate clients, present properties, conduct site visits, and close deals while meeting monthly and quarterly targets.

Based in Gandhinagar, you should know the local market, have 1-3 years of sales experience, own a vehicle, and be willing to travel for client meetings. Fluency in English, Hindi and Gujarati is required.

Requirements

• Based in Gandhinagar, with strong knowledge of the local real estate market


• Proven experience in residential or investment property sales in Gandhinagar


• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with HNIs, NRIs, investors, and corporate clients


• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati


• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
