Accumed is seeking an UAE Healthcare RCM Trainer with extensive hands-on experience in Medical Coding, Claims Submission and Reconciliation. You will train new hires and existing staff, develop content, and identify knowledge gaps from quality and rejection trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical coding, claims submission and resubmission.
• Knowledge of UAE payer rules and DHA/DOH guidelines.
• Ability to train and mentor RCM staff with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Train new hires and existing RCM staff on UAE coding and submission processes.
• Develop and update training content, modules and manuals.
• Assess trainee performance and provide coaching.
• Analyze quality errors and rejection trends for targeted training.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Rejection teams.
• Maintain training records, SOPs and feedback logs.
• Deliver training within defined timelines and milestones.

About the Role

We are looking for a UAE Healthcare RCM Trainer with strong hands-on experience in Medical Coding, Claims Submission and Resubmission/Reconciliation.

The role involves training new hires and existing employees, developing training content, identifying knowledge gaps and improving employee performance based on quality and rejection trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training for new hires and existing RCM employees
• Train employees on UAE Healthcare Coding, Submission and Resubmission processes
• Provide training on UAE payer, coding and insurance guidelines
• Conduct refresher and focused training based on identified knowledge gaps
• Analyze quality errors, rejection trends and operational feedback to identify training needs
• Develop training modules, manuals, checklists and presentations
• Prepare and update training content based on client and process changes
• Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching during the learning curve
• Develop action plans for bottom performers and employees requiring focused training
• Conduct assessments and evaluate trainee performance
• Maintain training records, assessment results and TNA feedback
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality and Rejection/Resubmission teams to identify training requirements
• Maintain and update training SOPs and training materials
• Ensure training programs are delivered as planned and within defined timelines

Mandatory Requirements

• Active Coding Certificate from AAPC/AHIMA
• Medical/Paramedical graduation
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in UAE Healthcare RCM
• Prior experience in Medical Coding
• Strong experience in Claims Submission
• Strong experience in Claims Resubmission / Reconciliation / Rejections
• Good knowledge of UAE healthcare and insurance guidelines
• Experience working with DHA / DOH / Riayati guidelines is preferred
• Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding
• Prior experience in training, mentoring or coaching RCM employees
• Ability to analyze quality and rejection trends and convert them into training requirements
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
