Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Stores/Inventory Coordinator to support day-to-day construction-site material handling in Tamil Nadu. You will manage receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, maintain accurate GRNs and stock records, and coordinate with procurement and execution teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

The role requires diploma-level qualification with hands-on experience in ERP/inventory systems, and strong documentation skills to maintain audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting day-to-day store operations at construction sites.
• Ability to manage material receipt, storage, inventory tracking, and issuance of materials.
• Knowledge of GRN, challans, and inventory registers.
• Familiarity with ERP/inventory management software and MS Excel for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify materials against purchase orders and documents.

• Maintain stock and inventory records and update stock registers.
• Issue materials to site engineers and subcontractors based on requisitions.
