Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineering professional for on-site construction coordination. The role requires 3–8 years of experience, expertise in contract documents, and coordination with architects/consultants to resolve discrepancies.

You will oversee approvals, scheduling, and execution, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion. Ideal candidates have a full-time engineering degree or a Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical, with strong teamwork,

Qualifications

• Engineering graduates or diploma holders in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical
• 3 to 8 years of experience in construction
• Familiar with ISO QA principles and processes

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Architects/Consultants to resolve document discrepancies
• Manage schedule of approvals for men, material, method statements, and mockups
• Plan and execute detailing of days work; ensure timely completion and quality workmanship
• Protect completed scope and hand over to client with inspections and snag clearance
• Prepare checklists, reconcile materials, and generate routine progress reports
