Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation required; post-graduation preferred.
• AMFI Certification, IRDA Certification, NCFM Certification (Optional).
• Sales and banking product knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Personal Banker desks and contract sales staff.
• Ensure quality customer service and resolve customer queries.
