• Supervisory Responsibility: Supervise and monitor Personal Banker desks and contract sales staff.
• Ensure quality customer service and resolve customer queries.
• Monitor staff productivity and provide guidance with the Branch Manager.
• Oversee branch operations, audit compliance, and lobby management.
• Transactional Responsibility: Authorize Personal Banker transactions and corporate salary processing.
• Supervise cash and non-cash transactions, including DD/MC and fund transfers.
• Reconcile and maintain suspense accounts as per required formats.
• Sales: Generate business and monitor cross-sales of Personal Bankers.
• Generate leads for third-party products and ensure teller training.
