Job description

• The candidate should be well-versed in pharmaceutical company warehouse operations (receipt and dispatch of materials) with adequate knowledge of cGMP activities.
• Handling of packaging materials (primary, secondary, tertiary), including quarantine, approved, and rejected materials in the stores.
• Receipt of packaging materials involves checklist preparation, GR creation, and accounting of materials in SAP.
• Dispensing and issuing materials to production, along with updating the relevant records.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP/SAP transactions.
• Daily updates of GMP records, including housekeeping, temperature monitoring, etc.
• Responsible for the safe custody of stock, space management, and the equipment in the department.
• Accountable for inventory management, performing physical stock verifications, and ensuring stock accuracy.
• Indenting consumable materials through the PR/PO process.
• Introducing new initiatives and implementing improvements in the stores.
• Ensuring continuous GMP readiness in the area.
• Daily interactions with cross-functional teams such as Production, Engineering, HR, IT, Safety, etc., as needed.
• Handling internal GMP audits.
• Presenting daily activity reports.
• Managing manpower (casual, workmen, staff).
