Job summary

Hope Hr Management Services seeks a Ph.D. in Chemistry to lead and oversee day-to-day R&D activities, guiding projects from development to scale-up. The role focuses on new product development, process development, and process optimization.

The candidate will direct the R&D team in lab experiments, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful scale-up for commercial manufacturing. Strong expertise in synthetic organic chemistry is preferred.

Qualifications
