Qualifications

• Ph.D. with 15 to 20 yrs R&D exp in dyestuff, reactive dyes or specialty chemical mfg.
• Deep expertise in dyestuff synthesis, dye chemistry, application testing, analytical techniques, ISO, QS & RC.

Responsibilities

• Lead synthesis, application development & process innovation for reactive dyes & specialty intermediates.
• Recipe Matching and formulation development.
• Process optimization and scale-up for pilot/production.
• Analytical interpretation of data from experiments and tests.
• Collaborate across functions to drive projects and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, QS & RC requirements.
