Job summary

Honour Lab in Delhi is seeking a skilled chemist with 2–9 years of experience in CDMO environments to lead scale-up and technology transfer of organic syntheses. The role demands a PhD or MSc in Organic Chemistry and hands-on expertise in process chemistry.

You will perform route scouting, optimize processes, profile impurities, and drive yield improvements while collaborating with Analytical, Production, QA, and QC teams to ensure timely milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of organic synthesis, reaction mechanisms, and process chemistry.
• Experience in multi-step synthesis, purification, crystallization, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, NMR, and LC-MS.
• Strong documentation, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable synthetic processes for pilot plant and commercial manufacturing.
