Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in R&D chemist, synthesis chemistry, R&D research, process development, organic chemistry.

Responsibilities

• Perform organic synthesis and laboratory experiments as per project requirements.
• Execute R&D activities and support new product/process development.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments, observations, and results.
• Collect and analyze data related to custom synthesis, analytical development, and impurity profiling.
• Coordinate with the Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) team for project execution.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System standards.
• Follow ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and procedures.
• Maintain laboratory documentation, quality records, and technical reports.
• Contribute innovative ideas and recommend patent protection for novel developments when applicable.
• Follow team instructions, ensure safe laboratory practices, and support timely completion of R&D projects.
