• Ensure quotations are submitted within deadlines

Job Title : Technical Quotation Expert

Location: Chandigarh

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 24 years in quotation/costing/technical sales support

Job Overview :

We are hiring a Technical Quotation Expert to prepare accurate, timely, and competitive quotations for our technical/engineering products & services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in reading technical specifications, costing, and coordinating with the sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical quotations based on client requirements, drawings, and specifications
• Calculate costing (material, labour, overheads, margins) accurately
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, teams to finalize pricing
• Maintain quotation records, follow-ups, and revision history
• Communicate with clients/vendors to clarify technical requirements
• Ensure quotations are submitted within deadlines
• Analyze past quotations to improve pricing accuracy and win rate

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of technical/engineering terminology and specifications
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and quotation , Google sheet etc
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Eligibility:

• Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, or relevant technical background preferred
