• Strong knowledge of estimation methods, costing tools, and tender documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, BOQ preparation, and technical reports.
• Good analytical, numerical, and planning skills.
• Strong communication and vendor coordination ability.
• Eye for detail and ability to work under deadlines.
