Job summary

N Human Resources & Management Systems in Hyderabad is seeking a Quick Commerce Key Account Executive to drive onboarding and expansion across quick commerce platforms from Hyderabad. You will manage catalog, pricing, and availability while collaborating with supply chain and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role requires hands-on experience with fast-paced D2C/FMCG environments and strong Excel skills for performance tracking.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Quick Commerce operations with major platforms.
• Experience with Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, Flipkart Minutes.
• Strong Excel and data tracking.
• Experience in D2C/FMCG brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary POC for Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit, Swiggy, Flipkart Minutes etc.
• Lead onboarding onto new quick commerce platforms and expansion into new cities/dark-store clusters as the channel scales.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new products, ensuring optimal catalog placement, accurate product descriptions, and competitive pricing.
• Track SKU-level availability across dark stores and push proactive replenishment ahead of stockouts.
• Monitor brands pricing, visibility, ratings, and promotions on quick commerce platforms to ensure hygiene.
• Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and platform metrics to identify opportunities and optimize revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, and operations) to ensure timely order fulfillment and superior customer experience.
• Ensure smooth execution of key events and campaigns on quick commerce platforms.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, order volumes, inventory levels, availability and ad spends

• Good stakeholder management — you'll coordinate across platform POCs, internal supply chain, and marketing teams simultaneously
• High attention to detail and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced D2C/startup environment with operational rigor
