The Quick Commerce Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of rapid delivery (10–30 minutes) services, ensuring order fulfillment efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage daily quick commerce operations across dark stores / hubs. Ensure timely order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch within SLA timelines. Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure smooth and fast last‑mile delivery. Track live orders and resolve delays or operational issues in real-time. Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with warehouse teams for stock updates. Handle stock replenishment and minimize out‑of‑stock situations. Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources at the store/hub. Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction metrics. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, customer support). Prepare daily MIS reports on orders, delivery timelines, and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
