Job summary

Mahindra Logistics Ltd seeks an Assistant Manager Operations to manage end-to-end Quick Commerce E-commerce operations, driving smooth execution and KPI performance.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, monitor orders, inventory, delivery performance and customer issues, and drive corrective actions, process improvements, and compliance.

This role supports store launches and expansion, with emphasis on SOP adherence and cohesive stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Quick Commerce E-commerce operations and ensure business continuity.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution.
• Monitor orders, inventory, delivery performance, and customer issues.
• Track key KPIs, MIS, productivity, SLA, and operational performance.
• Identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions and process improvements.
• Handle operational and customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Support new store/location launches, expansion, and operational readiness.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, processes, quality, and compliance standards.
• Drive effective communication and coordination across stakeholders.
