Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, estimation or quantity surveying.
• Age below 32 years.
• Background in Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ, and quotation preparation.
• Experience in residential interior projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate BOQ and project quotations.
• Perform cost estimation and budgeting for interior projects.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams.
• Ensure alignment between design plans and project costing.
