Job summary

Penta Energy Services in Andhra Pradesh is seeking a Civil Billing Engineer / Quantity Surveyor to manage RA billing, BOQ reconciliation and site measurements. The role covers preparing take-offs, certifying bills with site engineers, tracking monthly billing targets and ensuring timely submission for projects in Vijayawada and Kadapa.

Immediate joiners are preferred. Strong skills in MS Excel and AutoCAD, experience with RCC works, earthworks and infrastructure projects, and good coordination

Qualifications

• Knowledge of civil construction, BOQ, RA billing and quantity surveying.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Experience in RCC works, building construction, earthworks and infrastructure projects.
• Good coordination, documentation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit client RA bills as per contract BOQ and site execution.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQ reconciliation and quantity statements.
• Record and verify site measurements, JMR and Measurement Books (MB).
• Coordinate with site engineers and clients for joint measurements and bill certification.
• Verify subcontractor bills, work orders, quantities and agreed rates.
• Prepare extra-item rate analysis and variation statements.
• Track monthly billing targets and ensure timely bill submission.
• Monitor executed, billed and pending quantities.
• Prepare material reconciliation for steel, cement, concrete and other materials.
• Maintain billing records and submit weekly and monthly billing reports.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to avoid billing delays and revenue loss.
