Responsibilities

• Conduct rate analysis using market rates and standard schedules (e.g., CPWD DSR, SORs).
• Assist in preparing preliminary and detailed cost estimates for civil and infrastructure works.
• Support tender documentation by compiling technical cost inputs.
• Maintain cost databases and update unit rates as per current market trends.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and planning teams for data validation.
• Assist in value engineering and cost optimization reviews.
• Participate in site visits for measurement verification and estimation checks (as required).
