About The Role

We are looking for an Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate project estimates, BOQs, cost analysis, and budgets for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in quantity estimation, rate analysis, budgeting, and coordination with project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Estimation & Costing

• Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs from drawings.
• Estimate costs for civil and finishing works.
• Perform rate analysis and cost comparisons.
• Verify project budgets and monitor cost performance.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with site teams and conduct site visits when required.
• Support project planning with accurate cost estimates.
• Monitor material consumption and monthly reconciliations.
• Assist in project budgeting and cost control activities.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare estimation reports and cost sheets.
• Maintain project estimation records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for project execution.

Educational Qualification

Experience
