Job summary

TATA Realty is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Head to lead a major residential high-rise project from site development through completion. The role focuses on Rs-structural planning, cost control, schedules and cross-functional coordination with consultants, architects and contractors.

Candidate should have 12+ years in construction, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of RCC, structural, architectural and MEP works.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead overall execution of the residential high-rise project from planning to completion.
• Manage construction activities, project schedules, budgets, quality and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor structural, architectural, MEP and finishing works.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved as per timelines.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and construction methodologies.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors and ensure optimum resource utilization.
• Monitor project costs and control variations and wastage.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and TATA Realty quality standards.
• Conduct regular site reviews and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare and review progress reports and project performance updates.
• Lead project teams and ensure coordination between all departments.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Head with 12+ years of experience in construction, particularly in residential high-rise building projects, to lead the execution of a major project for TATA Realty.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall execution of the residential high-rise project from planning to completion.
• Manage construction activities, project schedules, budgets, quality and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor structural, architectural, MEP and finishing works.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved as per approved timelines.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and construction methodologies.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors and ensure optimum resource utilization.
• Monitor project costs and control variations and wastage.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards and TATA Realty quality standards.
• Conduct regular site reviews and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
• Prepare and review progress reports, MIS and project performance updates.
• Lead project teams and ensure effective coordination between all departments.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience in construction/project management.
• Strong experience in residential high-rise building projects.
• Experience handling large-scale projects from foundation through finishing and handover.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, structural, architectural and MEP works.
• Good understanding of project planning, contracts, billing, cost control and quality management.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; M.E./M.Tech or PMP certification will be an advantage.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in leading high-rise residential projects for reputed real estate/construction companies will be preferred.
