Job summary

Rudra Real Estate in Lucknow seeks a seasoned Project Leader to head major housing projects. You will oversee multiple sites, act as the single point of contact for all project matters, and drive the delivery plans across teams to ensure milestones are met with quality and safety.

Your 11–16 years of civil construction experience, especially in high-rise and group housing, will guide procurement, coordination with PMCs and contractors, and rigorous reporting to top management.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
• 11–16 years of experience in real estate, with high-rise projects.
• Experience with PMCs and top contractors is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Act as a professional leader of project teams across multiple sites and projects.

• Serve as the Single Point of Contact for all project-related matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Develop comprehensive Project Delivery Plans based on the 4 Ms Men, Materials, Money, and Methods aligned with the company's vision.
• Ensure timely procurement, indenting, and follow-ups for Free of Cost (FOC) materials and construction supplies.
• Drive team motivation, maintain discipline, ensure safety measures, and provide professional and technical guidance to deliver projects as per assigned schedules/bar charts.
• Manage all phases of projects planning, execution, and handover with emphasis on standardization, cost control, time efficiency, and quality.
• Ensure effective contract implementation and administration, making sure contractors fulfill all contractual obligations.
• Conduct regular project reviews with top management and ensure transparent reporting after gathering relevant data from sites.
• Coordinate with management, consultants, and architects to prepare advance rollout plans for upcoming projects, including staffing, budgeting, and mobilization.
• Perform frequent site inspections to monitor progress, timelines, and quality control.
• Facilitate inter-departmental coordination and liaise with external agencies and consultants to meet all project objectives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil)
• Experience: 11 - 16 years in real estate, especially in group housing and high-rise building projects.
• Candidates with 610 years of experience at L&T, NCC will be given preference .
• Experience working with or under Project Management Consultancies (PMCs) will be an added advantage.
• Must possess in-depth knowledge of high-rise construction processes including structural works, finishes, and site development.
• Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, applying efficient construction practices and systems.
• Proficient in developing robust project control mechanisms and reporting systems.
• Well-versed in material testing procedures (raw materials, concrete, etc.).
• Knowledge of aluminium shuttering, tower crane operations, and other modern construction technologies.
• Strong network of reliable contractors and technical staff.
• A proactive, smart team leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.
