Job summary

Asian Heart Institute is seeking a Quality Executive to oversee quality operations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. You will liaise with internal and external teams regarding Quality Management Systems, coordinate with department heads on quality indicators, and audit processes per policies and procedures.

The role reports to the Head of Quality and involves coordinating training and QA initiatives across departments to maintain high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• MBA in Health care Management or MHA or equivalent is required.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a Quality department at a top-tier hospital.
• Exposure to quality certifications and accreditation processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality indicators, trends, and departmental reports.
• Coordinate with heads of departments for quality metrics and feedback.
• Audit departments/functions per policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams on QA initiatives.
• Coordinate training needs and awareness programs for quality assurance.
• Organize and conduct internal audits with the audit team.

Job description

As a Quality Executive at Asian Heart Institute, you will see the quality operations ensuring compliance with the statutory requirements and liaising with external and internal teams related to Quality Management Systems (e.g. certification and accreditation bodies). Your role includes coordinating with all departmental heads for quality indicators and internal feedback, and auditing departments/functions based on our policies and procedures. The role would be reporting to our Head of Quality.

Responsibilities

• Receive and analyze quality indicators, trends, and reports from every department.
• Receive reports of patient feedback from customer care.
• Receive incident reports and assist in formulating action plans.
• Identifying training needs and creatingawareness about quality assurance initiatives.
• Provide support and feedback to departments for developing their departmental QA programs.
• Organize and conduct internal audits with the internal audit team.

Qualifications

• MBA in Health care Management, MHA, or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of experience working in Quality dept at a top-tier hospital.
