Job summary

Asian Heart Institute in Mumbai seeks an experienced Hospital Operations Leader to oversee daily operations, drive world-class patient care, and spearhead growth initiatives. The role requires strategic thinking, strong operational acumen, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

You will align clinical and administrative functions, optimize workflows, manage budgets, and mentor cross-functional teams to elevate performance and patient experience across the hospital network.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in hospital operations or healthcare management, including at least 5 years leading a P&L.
• Experience in digital transformation and operational automation in healthcare is a plus.
