Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of any discipline, preferably with customer relations or hospitality qualifications.
• 0-3 years of experience in customer relations in healthcare or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Patient Admission: Enter admission details into HIS, counsel patients, manage room/bed inventory, VIP/CIP admissions, and guide TPA admissions.
• Handling Queries: Address patient queries, guide to departments, manage AHI mailbox.
• Counseling for Surgery/Procedure Patients: Verify admission status, provide estimates, coordinate with nursing/PA for schedules, ensure timely payments.
• Daily Reports: Generate MIS, bed census, and procedure lists; attach interim bills to files.
• Human Resources Responsibilities: Induct new staff, address grievances, report issues, ensure handover.
• Customer Service: Provide efficient, friendly service, resolve interactions, ensure no patient waits >15 minutes.
• Other Duties: Tally cash and forward to Accounts, achieve goals, follow SOPs, liaise with departments.

Position

As a front-office executive, you will ensure exceptional customer service for all patients, and manage patient registration and admission efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Patient Admission: Fill out and enter admission details into the Hospital Information System (HIS), counsel patients, manage room/bed inventory, handle VIP/CIP admissions, and guide patients with TPA admissions.
• Handling Queries: Address patient queries, guide them to appropriate departments, and manage the AHI mailbox.
• Counseling for Surgery/Procedure Patients: Verify patient admission status, provide procedure estimates, coordinate with nursing and PA for surgery schedules, ensure timely payments, and elevate issues as necessary.
• Daily Reports: Generate and distribute daily MIS, bed census, and procedure lists; attach interim bills to patient files.
• Human Resources Responsibilities: Assist in inducting new staff, address grievances, report system issues, suggest improvements, and ensure proper handover.
• Customer Service: Provide efficient, friendly service, resolve patient interactions positively, respect and treat patients and colleagues with sensitivity and transparency, and ensure no patient waits more than 15 minutes.
• Other Duties: Tally cash and forward to the Accounts department, achieve department goals, follow SOPs, provide accurate information during admissions, and liaise with other departments for patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any discipline, preferably with customer relations or hospitality qualifications.
• 0-3 years of experience in customer relations in healthcare or hospitality.
