Profile Hr Consultants in Mumbai is seeking a QA/Customer Quality specialist to manage customer complaints, audits and ensure full response compliance on the shop floor. You will design and deploy an 8D corrective action framework to shorten resolution cycles.

The role requires B.E. Mechanical/Production with 4 years of customer-facing quality experience, expertise in SPC, MSA, FMEA and hands-on use of the 7QC tools, supporting international customers.

Competenze

• B.E. Mechanical/Production with 4 years customer facing Shop floor Quality experience in assembly products.
• Knowledge on Core Quality Tools (SPC MSA & FMEA). Hands on experience on 7QC tools

Mansioni
