Job summary

3S Business Advisors is seeking a seasoned QA/QC engineer to lead quality activities on major projects in India. The role emphasizes inspections, audits, root cause analysis and corrective actions across sites.

You will coordinate with project teams, vendors, clients and labs, mentor QA/QC engineers, and drive ongoing quality improvements through training and regular review meetings.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience in QA/QC engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of project quality, site inspection, site quality, method statement preparation, mockups creation.

Responsibilities

• Handle QA/QC activities for major projects, including project-specific checklists, method statements, mock-ups and inspections.
• Conduct Project Quality Audits (PQA), site inspections and monitor NCR closure within defined TAT.
• Coordinate with Project, QA/QC, Vendor, Client and Third-Party Labs for quality-related matters.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for leakage and quality issues and recommend corrective measures.
• Monitor client complaints, material quality issues and repair work progress.
• Conduct quality reviews, prepare OAAP reports and ensure corrective actions.
• Plan and conduct QA/QC training, assessments and refresher sessions for site teams.
• Lead and guide Engineer QA/QC teams and conduct regular quality review meetings.
