Job summary

TVS Motor Company in Hosur is seeking a Quality Conformance Engineer to ensure machine availability and adherence to PM schedules. You will handle maintenance planning and troubleshooting in the R&D/QA environment for 2W/3W/4W programs.

The role requires experience with data loggers, instrumentation, EMS calibration, and Hill testing, plus the ability to drive root-cause analysis and spares procurement. You will coordinate sunrise meetings and track preventive and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 2W/3W/4W OEM experience in R&D/QA required.
• Experience with data loggers and instrumentation for capturing usage.
• EMS calibration and Hill testing knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sunrise meeting with the workmen.
• Allocating work and maintain self log card for workmen.
• Maintain 2S and VCS updation.
• Carryout preventive / Predictive maintenance as per the schedule.
• Identify root causes of breakdown through why-why analysis.
• Prepare spares requirement & follow up for procurement.
• Carryout services as per schedule for machines under AMC.
• Clear abnormalities & unsafe conditions identified in audits; carryout process instrumentation calibration.
• Identify & implement SIT projects related to policy & MPCP.

Experiencein 2W/3W/4W OEM , Tier 1 MNCs in respective work area in R&D and QA fucntion

Experience in data loggers and instrumentaion of 2W/3W for capturing customer usage are prefered

Knowledge of EMS calibraion / HILL testing are added advantage

1. Purpose

To ensure availability of machines in the respective unit,by adhering to PM schedule and carrying out corrective maintenance.

2. Role Description

Conduct sunrise meeting with the workmen.
