Job summary

Accenture Bengaluru seeks a Quality Auditing Specialist to ensure training content is clear, concise, and accurate. You will focus on Talent & HR - Talent Management content, copyediting, and proofreading across instructional materials.

Ideal candidates hold 7–11 years of experience in editing/drafting, with strong English language skills and familiarity with style guides. The role emphasizes adherence to guidelines, quality metrics, and collaboration with QA leads to meet client standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; prefer English, technical writing or communications background.
• 7–11 years of working experience in copyediting, proofreading or reviewing instructional material.
• Proven knowledge of English grammar and dialects; strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience aligning HR/process content with guidelines and client standards.

Responsibilities

• Review project deliverables to ensure instructional quality and adherence to style guides.
• Check for spelling, grammar, punctuation and conciseness; reduce repetition where not required.
• Analyze deliverables to identify common errors and ways to minimize them.
• Track errors by category and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Develop mentoring programs to coach team members on writing quality.
• Collaborate with QA Lead to establish client style guides and standards.
• Maintain documentation of reviews, including time tracking and logs.

What would you do?

• The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist ensures training content uses correct, concise, and clear language and is consistent with prescribed guidelines and standards
• Talent HR process
• Graduate in any discipline; prefer degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience
• 7 to 11 years of working experience in copyediting, proofreading, or reviewing instructional material, preferably in the digital medium
• Support workforce behavior in alignment with the organization s business strategy by designing, developing, implementing, and executing key HR processes: strategic planning; supply demand; hiring and sourcing; on-boarding and integration; training and development; objective-setting and performance management; and compensation and rewards

What are we looking for?

• Proven knowledge of English grammar and different English dialects
• Excellent command over written and verbal English and strong communication skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Familiarity with style guides such as the Chicago Manual of Style or in house style guides
• Ability to work with stringent timelines; flexibility and agility to adjust to changing schedules
• Ability to work with a range of subjects and client requirements
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Experience in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review project deliverables to ensure:
  • Instructional quality meets defined objectives and product specifications, if applicable
  • They are free of spelling or grammatical or punctuation errors
  • Conciseness and clarity
  • Reduced repetition of information, unless specifically required by design, if applicable
  • Compliance with agreed style guide and client standards (including tone or voice)
  • Consistency (formatting, use of terms, and so on), if applicable
• Analyze deliverables to identify common errors and ways to minimize them
• Track and communicate errors in the defined categories for each deliverable and provide feedback to stakeholders
• Work with the QA Lead to confirm that the appropriate style guide and client standards have been established for client projects
• Flag and elevate discrepancies, unclear guidance, or evolving expectations in client standards and preferences
• Identify, track, and report on the quality status of client deliverables
• Maintain accurate documentation of reviews, including time tracking and reporting logs, and contribute to QA dashboards or metrics reports
• Work with the QA Lead and client stakeholders in addressing barriers to quality development and coaching team members to address these gaps and improve quality
• Create and develop mentoring programs, as needed, to coach team members on improving writing quality
• Engage with team members to track and report engagement drivers and identify challenges and successes
• Provide project feedback to reporting team members in a timely manner
• Track growth opportunities and areas of development for reporting team members
